Your rights and responsibilities when using our platform.

Terms and Conditions

IMPORTANT: InvestingStrategy.online is an automated financial information service. We are not authorised as an investment adviser and do not provide personalised investment recommendations. Please read Section 1 carefully before using the platform.

1. Nature of the Service

1.1 What this platform is

InvestingStrategy.online (the "Platform") is an automated financial information service operated by SC SCALABLE CODES SRL, registered in Romania with company number RO47411827, having its registered address at 25 Mircea Eliade St., 077190 - Voluntari, IF, Romania ("we", "us", "our").

The Platform aggregates, processes and displays publicly available financial data. It calculates and presents technical and fundamental indicators, generates an informational score based on a deterministic algorithm applied uniformly to all users, and sends automated alerts when preset parameters change.

This service falls within the category of ancillary services under Article 4(1)(29)(a) of Directive 2014/65/EU (MiFID II) and does not constitute investment advice as defined in Article 4(1)(4) MiFID II.

1.2 What this platform is not

The Platform does not:

  • Provide personalised investment recommendations tailored to your financial situation, risk profile or investment objectives;

  • Predict or guarantee future prices or returns;

  • Act as a broker, portfolio manager or investment firm;

  • Provide any service requiring authorisation under MiFID II or Romanian Financial Supervisory Authority (ASF) regulations.

Any signal, score or alert generated by the Platform is purely informational. It reflects algorithm output based on historical and publicly available data. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any financial instrument.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account and using the Platform you confirm that you:

  1. Have read and understood these Terms and Conditions in their entirety;

  2. Have read and accepted the Risk Disclosure and the Disclaimer;

  3. Are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into a binding agreement;

  4. Will not use Platform outputs as the sole basis for any investment decision.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not use the Platform.

3. Accounts and Access

3.1 Registration

You may register via email and password or via a supported OAuth provider (Google, Apple). You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

3.2 Free and Pro plans

The Platform offers a free tier (up to 5 tickers) and a paid Pro subscription (unlimited tickers, additional features). Features available on each plan are described on the Pricing page and may change at our discretion with reasonable notice.

3.3 Account suspension and termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, engages in abuse of the Platform, or poses a legal or security risk, with or without prior notice at our sole discretion.

4. Subscriptions, Billing and Cancellation

Pro subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. Payments are processed by our third-party payment provider. By subscribing you authorise us to charge the applicable fee on a recurring basis until you cancel.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. For our refund policy, please refer to the Refund Policy.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform — including algorithms, scores, indicators, design, graphics, text and software — is the exclusive property of SC SCALABLE CODES SRL or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any Platform content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose;

  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape or extract data from the Platform by automated means without our written permission;

  • Misrepresent Platform outputs as personalised financial advice when sharing them with third parties;

  • Interfere with the security or integrity of the Platform.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law:

  • The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied;

  • We do not warrant the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any data or score displayed;

  • We shall not be liable for any investment losses, lost profits, or indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or reliance on Platform outputs;

  • Our total aggregate liability to you in any twelve-month period shall not exceed the subscription fees paid by you during that period.

8. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of [CITY], Romania, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction provide otherwise.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or by a prominent notice on the Platform at least 14 days before the change takes effect. Continued use of the Platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
