Refund Policy
Effective date: 13 April 2026
1. Free Tier
The free tier of InvestingStrategy.online requires no payment and is therefore not subject to any refund procedure.
2. Pro Subscription — General Policy
Pro subscriptions are billed in advance for a monthly or annual period. As a general rule, subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, because the full service for that period is made available to you immediately upon payment.
3. Exceptions — When We Do Issue Refunds
3.1 EU/EEA consumers — 14-day right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer based in the European Union or European Economic Area and you have not yet accessed or used the paid features of the Platform, you have the right to withdraw from your subscription contract within 14 calendar days of purchase without giving any reason, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights.
Important: By completing your first login after subscribing and accessing Pro features (e.g. viewing your dashboard, receiving a signal alert), you expressly request that service provision begins immediately and you acknowledge that this means you lose the right of withdrawal for any services already rendered.
3.2 Service unavailability
If the Platform is unavailable for a continuous period exceeding 72 hours in any calendar month due to reasons within our control (excluding scheduled maintenance, force majeure, or third-party data provider outages), you may request a pro-rata credit for the affected days. This credit will be applied to your next billing cycle.
3.3 Billing errors
If you were charged incorrectly (e.g. duplicate charge, wrong amount), please contact us within 30 days of the charge. We will investigate and, where an error is confirmed, issue a full refund of the overcharged amount within 10 business days.
4. Annual Plans
Annual subscriptions may be cancelled at any time. Upon cancellation, your Pro access will remain active until the end of the paid annual period. We do not issue pro-rata refunds for unused months of an annual subscription, except in the circumstances described in Section 3.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, contact us at our contact page or email [LEGAL EMAIL ADDRESS]. Please include your registered email address, the date of the charge and the reason for your request. We will respond within 5 business days.
6. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The version in effect at the time of your purchase applies to that transaction.
